1. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances and will be applied toward the total rental cost.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to royalenchantedkingdom@gmail.com. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event forfeit the full deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
3. LIABILITY & PROPERTY DAMAGE
The Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to Royal Enchanted Kingdom property, equipment, carriages, or venue caused by the Client, their guests, or vendors during the rental period. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Enchanted Kingdom from any claims arising from such damage.
4. CONDUCT & SAFETY
The Client agrees to maintain respectful conduct and ensure all guests comply with safety guidelines provided by Royal Enchanted Kingdom staff. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
5. NO DRUGS POLICY
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited on all Royal Enchanted Kingdom premises and during all services. Violation will result in immediate termination of the event and forfeiture of all payments.
6. ALCOHOL POLICY
Absolutely NO alcohol is permitted for any person under the age of 21. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance by all guests. Royal Enchanted Kingdom reserves the right to refuse service and terminate the event if this policy is violated.
7. PUNCTUALITY
Rental time begins at the scheduled start time regardless of the Client's arrival. Additional time beyond the agreed rental period will be billed at the standard hourly rate for the selected service.
8. WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of severe weather, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond our control, Royal Enchanted Kingdom reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. A credit or rescheduled date will be offered; no cash refunds will be issued.
9. FULL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due in full on or before the event date. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Stanislaus County, California.
