A. Release of Liability & Property Protection
The Client and all guests hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Royal Enchanted Kingdom, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury — including death — that may be sustained by any guest or to any property belonging to any guest while participating in or attending the event at Royal Enchanted Kingdom's premises or in connection with any of its services.
The Client accepts full financial responsibility for any damage to Royal Enchanted Kingdom's property, equipment, décor, furnishings, or facilities caused by the Client or any of their guests during the event. The cost of repair or replacement will be billed directly to the Client.
B. Strict No Drugs Policy
The possession, use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances of any kind is strictly prohibited on all Royal Enchanted Kingdom premises at all times. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be immediately removed from the premises without refund. The Client is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with this policy. Royal Enchanted Kingdom reserves the right to contact law enforcement if necessary.
C. Alcohol Policy — Strict Age Restriction (21+)
NO ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED TO BE SERVED TO, CONSUMED BY, OR IN THE POSSESSION OF ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 21. This is a zero-tolerance policy. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that no underage individual consumes or possesses alcohol at the event. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the event without refund, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Royal Enchanted Kingdom assumes no liability for any alcohol-related incidents.
D. General Conduct & Safety
- All guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times.
- Fighting, harassment, or threatening behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises.
- Guests must follow all posted safety signs and staff instructions at all times.
- No unauthorized access to restricted areas, equipment rooms, or storage areas.
- Royal Enchanted Kingdom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- The Client agrees to vacate the premises at the agreed-upon end time. Overtime charges apply.
E. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Royal Enchanted Kingdom and its representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with the Client's or their guests' use of the premises, services, or equipment, or any breach of this Waiver.
F. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under this Waiver shall be resolved in the courts of Stanislaus County, California.
