Everything you need to know about booking our luxury electric carriage rentals, event venue, and services
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For peak seasons (prom, quinceañera season, and holidays), we suggest booking 4-8 weeks ahead. However, we do accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows — just give us a call at (209) 506-0460.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3-6 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is free if done at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Events within Modesto, CA have no travel fee. For locations outside Modesto, a $2 per mile fee is added based on the round‑trip distance from our location at 1424 9th St, Modesto. You can use the travel fee calculator on our booking form to get an instant estimate before you book.
Every carriage rental includes a professional driver, red carpet service, and basic decorations. Upgraded packages like the Royal and Luxury packages add champagne service, premium decorations, extended photo time, and VIP treatment. Yes! You are welcome to add your own decorations such as flowers, ribbons, and banners. We just ask that no glitter, confetti, or adhesive materials are used on the carriage. Our team can also help with custom decoration setups — just let us know your vision when booking.
